And fishies and pets,
For avoidance of grouches
And trips to the vet's.
I'm grateful for heaters
That warm like the sun
And plenty of tweeters
(Just watching them's fun).
I'm happy for napping
Curled up with my sis
And even for capping
El's day with a hiss.
So join me in giving
Purrs of gratitude
For the life I am living
And a cat's attitude.
Sushi said I had to be introspective for Thanksgiving this week, so there you have it. Now, if you'll excuse me, I see a bright yellow mouse toy that needs a good stalking.
