Contemplating Action

Contemplation's not so great
When all you do is contemplate.

Now that the humom is back with the computer, I've had a chance to catch up on my lolcats (after Sushi and Ella chased me away--five times!) and it got me to thinking...

Those cats are leaping and bounding and facing off against dogs and hiding in ceilings and all kinds of other things. Mostly, I just sleep on the couch and run around checking the food bowls in case the Fishies from the Sky have decided to grace us with their presence. Ella is convinced that one day they will, without the Hand of Humom. I'm not so sure, but once I almost chewed through the packaging on a bag of Greenies, so that's kind of the same, don't you think?

Anyway, I just think that maybe there's more to life than concentrating, contemplating, and daydreaming. Chasing toys is okay too, but where's the big adventure? Where's the excitement? And why won't the humom pet me at 3:00 in the morning? It's not like she's doing anything...
But now I'm back to contemplating again. This action stuff is hard. Maybe I'd better take a nap; I'm sure I'll come up with something better to do soon.
